The DoLynk Care application is a professional remote management and monitoring platform designed for installation companies and their customers. It serves to install the Dahua system, hand it over to the end user and then manage and supervise the installation status. The platform integrates several functions, live view, playback, firmware update, reboot, device website menu, security system setting, switch setting, etc. The end customer can request and temporarily authorize the installation company for a remote access and change settings or fix a problem, the authorized permission can be revoked again at any time. Any malfunction of the device is always automatically notified and thus allows the given problem to be easily located and eliminated in a short time.

The DoLynk Care app detects device errors before anyone notices them.
Installation companies will be the first to know about the error and can fix it.
