All three beams must be interrupted to trigger an alarm . VAR-TEC infrared barriers use electronics with a significant reserve in radiated power (this model is marked for 250 m by the manufacturer). Other customer modifications in the VAR-TEC series increase the reliability and service life of the infrared shutters.
